Are the profiles working for all rooms ?
- We always send the latest version that is available in our database.
- All profiles available in 4 file formats = .txt + .ppl + .ohf + .oppl format.
- We process 7 day's per week / 24 hour per day.

- All delivery’s (by email) are final, you can only make changes before actual delivery.

Reward Points Program:
- The reward program has stopped on 1 January 2023.
- The outstanding reward points will expire on 31 March 2023.
How to request a profile:
- Select a profile from the list/website & contact support by email.
- All profiles from the list/website, are available in 4 file formats = .txt + .ppl + .ohf + .oppl format.
- .Txt format = Text file, not encrypted, add or change code lines, you can use on multiple PC.
- .PPL comp-ID Free = Encrypted file, not possible to delete/change code lines, you can use on multiple PC.
- .PPL comp-ID Locked = Encrypted file, not possible to delete/change code lines, locked to 1-PC.
- .Ohf = Encrypted file for Open Holdem Bot v2.1.9.x to v9.x.x.
(not encrypted, add or change code lines, you can use on multiple PC. - .OPPL = Text file, Open Holdem Bot v9.x.x to v14.x.x and higher + WarBot + HydraBot.
(not encrypted, add or change code lines, you can use on multiple PC. - Locked profiles are for one PC only and can not be transferred to a new PC/Operating software.
How to find Comp-ID ?
- Open Bot.exe > First Tab/Menu > Comp-ID.
- The profile will be locked to this computer and can only be used on this computer.
How do i request a new copy of a profile i lost?
- Send an email to support: ShankyProfiles(@)hotmail(.com) to request your files.
- You can only request a lost profile with your original delivery/email details.
How do i request a Update ?
- Send an email to support: ShankyProfiles(@)hotmail(.com) to request your files.
- You receive the update in the same format as your original delivery.
How to upgrade from .ppl to .txt format / I need new .ppl for my new Comp ID ?

Shanky Technologies
Poker Programming Language (.ppl)
OpenHoldem
Poker Programming Language (.oppl). - These variables/languages are developed and licensed to Shanky Technologies and/or Open Holdem and are free to use, share, trade or sell by all users.
- Shanky and Open Holdem are 2 different products.
- With OpenPPL it's possible to convert Shanky format .txt to Open Holdem format .ohf or .oppl.
- Not all variables of Shanky are supported by Open Holdem and vice versa.
- Results with Open Holdem may vary from results with Shanky and vice versa.
- Read the included manual.

Are the profiles working for all rooms ?
- Some profiles are written for certain poker rooms / game types (like rush, normal, speed etc)
- Please ask in advance for what room / game types the profile is suited for.
